I absolutely loved my stay at the Renaissance Marriott in Philadelphia! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly stood out was the service — it was amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make my experience special. Highly recommend!
Rooms were spacious and clean. Customer service was professional and friendly. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and things to do. The only issue was parking if you are driving which was valet only, which can get expensive. The in-house bar and restaurant was reasonable.
Staff was great. Elevators were down when we arrived but front desk agent took us up with our luggage in the service elevator. Discovered that evening that our sink in the bathroom did now work but someone fixed it first thing in the morning. Rooms are very big but need some upgrading. Beds weren’t the most comfortable but were tolerable. We had a nice view from our room of the city and waterfront. Location is close to restaurants and the train and bus.
Staying here feels like a real treat—the rooms are airy and comfortable, and the on-site dining is top-notch. The spa is the cherry on top for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait for my next stay.
This hotel is wonderful and the staffing was 5 star. I have been in the Service industry for over 50 years and trust me when I say it was Truly.
The hotel itself is nice and it was quiet on the 12th floor, the rooms are roomy and the bed was very comfortable. But the best thing—the reason for the 5-star rating—was the accommodating attitude of the staff and duty manager. I had a late European departure from the airport, and the manager graciously extended my late check-out to avoid hours at the airport. Attitude is everything in the service and travel industry, and I value that greatly. The Renaissance stepped up, and I’ll stay here every time I find myself in Philly!
We were in Philly for a family event. When our situation became critical, I had cardiac event. the hotel staff could not have been more helpful reworking our reservations. The rooms are big and comfortable and we would certainly return
Check in was easy, everyone was pleasant, valet was absolutely wonderful, rooms are very chic, great vibes!! and the restaurant downstairs kayleah....I probably messed up spelling but such a joy to speak with.
